I had a great stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean and I felt safe the entire time, which is very important when traveling. The only small thing that could be improved is the water pressure and hot water in the showers. If that gets fixed, the experience would be even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Absolutely loved our stay! We had an amazing experience at Selina Isla Mujeres! The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We were even upgraded to a suite because we were celebrating a special occasion — such a thoughtful surprise! The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, with great vibes all around. We also joined a fun treasure hunt activity and actually won a free pastry, which made our stay even more memorable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Highly recommend this place — perfect mix of comfort, fun, and wonderful hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Selina PocNa was fabulous! What stood out for us was the service: there is always someone around who will instantly help you out. We stayed in a private compact room upstairs with a shared bathroom. The shared facilities were always clean, maintenance was impeccable. When the shower was cold at 9PM, someone was sent to fix it within seconds. The room itself was basic, and the windows were difficult to open and shut properly so we relied on the AC which worked perfectly. The little coffee shop, co-working space and bar were also really good (although the bar is a little pricy). Shame that the co-working area was closed for a private company event for most of our stay… The swimming pool we never used, as it was always freezing. The beach at the end of the hostel is a no-swim zone, but the view is just amazing. The shared kitchen was also great, always clean. Overall it wasn’t too noisy, although we had a construction site just in front of our window. Friday nights lots of people come from outside of the hostel for the beach club, vibes were great! Would recommend 100%.

The Guacamole Class with Pedro was amazing. 10 out of 10 Still absolutely thrilled with our stay. We originally booked this hotel/hostel mainly because of the price, but it ended up completely exceeding our expectations. It’s such a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and genuinely friendly people. There are plenty of free activities and programs — from a guacamole cooking class to beach volleyball, yoga sessions, and even cocktail tastings for a small fee. The pool is perfect, and even the rooms with shared bathrooms are clean and comfortable. You can also buy drinks directly at the property, and there’s a nice coffee place on-site as well. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would go back in an instant!

We had a great stay. We rented bikes and Javier was very helpful! He helped us adjust our seats and cleaned off the bikes and even gave us water. He was so friendly!

Very nice place, cool beach, very good activities! Nice common kitchen and yoga classes. Location is great! We loved cooking class with Pedro!

Lovely place next to the ocean. Perfect to arrive in Mexico after a long travel. Very nice staff, kidsfriendly, option to cook on your own in the community kitchen or in the restaurant. Free yoga classes for guests. Cute little beach huts (not too great option with 2 luggages like us) with shared bathrooms. Party on friday & saturday.
